We are open Monday - Friday 5:30am - 10:00pm, Saturday and Sunday 7:00am - 6:00pm.
Baby sitting is also available Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 8:00am -11:00am & 4:00pm-7:00pm. Saturday 8:00am - 11:00am.
At nearly 10,000 square feet, BodyStrong fitness center is equipped with 43 Cardiovascular Machines, 3 Full-Body Circuits, 2,000 square foot space for classes... Yoga, Pilates and Cardio Conditioning are also available.
